What Microsoft 365 Solves
for Your Business
Companies adopt Microsoft 365 to get these jobs done:
Corporate email on
your own domain
Exchange Online replaces personal Gmail inboxes with secure @yourcompany addresses. Emails no longer walk out the door with a departing employee — the archive stays with the company.
Online meetings and team communication
Microsoft Teams brings video calls, chats, channels, files, and built-in Copilot AI into one place. No more juggling five different apps.
Real-time document collaboration
Microsoft Teams brings video calls, chats, channels, files, and built-in Copilot AI into one place. No more juggling five different apps.
File storage and sharing
OneDrive for personal work documents, SharePoint for team resources and company materials. Accessible from any device.
Planning and task management
Outlook, Microsoft Planner, and Teams Calendar keep meetings, deadlines, and tasks in sync across the team.
Work from anywhere
Windows, Mac, iOS, Android — no dependency on a single computer. Wherever people work, they have access to the documents and tools they need.
Access control and
data protection
Microsoft Entra ID and Intune let you control who has access to what — and keep corporate data protected even when employees work from personal phones.

Microsoft 365 Licenses & Plans: How to Choose the Right One
Microsoft offers several plan tiers. The right choice depends on company size, security needs, whether you need desktop Office apps, and other factors specific to your business.
Microsoft 365 Business Basic
Corporate email, Microsoft Teams, and browser-based document access — without desktop Office apps. A fit for team members who are fine with web versions or work mostly in Teams and Outlook.
Up to 300 usersMicrosoft 365 Business Standard
Everything in Basic, plus full desktop apps: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and more. The optimal choice for most office employees.
Up to 300 usersMicrosoft 365 Business Premium
Business Standard plus advanced security: Microsoft Entra ID P1, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Defender for Business. For companies that need device control, conditional access, and corporate data protection.
Up to 300 usersMicrosoft 365 E3
For organizations with more than 300 users or advanced compliance and management requirements. The full toolset with no company-size limits.
300+ usersMicrosoft 365 E5
Everything in E3, plus built-in security analytics (Microsoft Defender XDR), advanced compliance, voice capabilities, and Power BI Pro. For companies with elevated security and analytics requirements.
300+ usersWorth knowing: most companies have different roles — and those roles need different plans. There's no reason to pay for Business Premium across the board if part of the team only needs Basic. NEOLA builds the optimal license mix for your specific org structure.

Why Companies Choose NEOLA for Microsoft 365
Explore-
Security you don't have to figure out yourself
Microsoft 365's default settings leave plenty of vulnerabilities open. We configure MFA, Conditional Access, Intune, and Microsoft Entra ID so your company's data stays protected — even if someone loses a device or falls for phishing. -
The right licenses, no overspend
NEOLA analyzes which features different employee groups actually need and recommends the optimal plan mix. Not "the same plan for everyone because it's easier — a specific recommendation for your situation. -
Training that actually helps
We don't send you a link to Microsoft's documentation. We show your team how Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive fit their specific day-to-day tasks. -
Support that's actually there
After deployment, NEOLA remains your partner. Questions get answered, new needs get implemented, and your environment grows with your company. -
Safe migration, nothing lost
Moving email and data always carries risk. We prepare migrations in advance, test them, control the process, and minimize the time your email is down.
Current Microsoft Promotions
Microsoft regularly updates special offers for new customers, migrations, and subscription renewals. Terms change quarterly — so what you find in public sources may already be out of date.
NEOLA tracks current promotional programs and can check whether there's an offer that fits your situation: a new purchase, a license expansion, or a renewal.
Microsoft 365 FAQ
-
Which Microsoft 365 license should my company choose?
It depends on company size, security requirements, and whether you need desktop Office apps. For most office teams under 300 people, Business Standard or Business Premium is the most balanced choice — but the optimal solution is often a mix of plans across different roles. NEOLA helps you choose after a short review of your org structure. -
What’s the difference between Microsoft 365 Business and Enterprise?
Business plans (Basic, Standard, Premium) are designed for companies with up to 300 users and cover the needs of most small and mid-sized businesses. Enterprise plans (E3, E5) have no user limit and add advanced security, compliance, and management capabilities for larger or regulated organizations. -
Can we migrate to Microsoft 365 from on-premises Exchange?
Yes. Mailboxes, calendars, and contacts can be moved from on-premises Exchange to Exchange Online. Depending on your environment, we use a cutover, staged, or hybrid migration and plan it so that email downtime is kept to a minimum. -
Does NEOLA help with Microsoft 365 migration?
Yes. We plan and carry out migrations from on-premises Exchange, Google Workspace, and other email systems — including mailboxes, calendars, contacts, and files — and support your users after the switch. -
Is backup included in Microsoft 365?
Not in the full sense. Microsoft keeps the service available and offers limited retention and recovery options, but this does not replace a proper backup. To protect against accidental deletion, ransomware, or long-term retention needs, we recommend a separate Microsoft 365 backup solution. -
Can we buy different licenses for different employee groups?
Yes. Microsoft 365 plans can be combined within one company, so each group gets the features it actually needs. For example, employees who only use web apps can have Business Basic, while office staff get Business Standard or Premium. -
Do we need Microsoft Intune for device management?
If employees access company data from laptops or phones — especially personal ones — Intune is strongly recommended. It lets you enforce security policies, deploy apps, and remotely wipe corporate data from lost devices. Intune is included in Business Premium, E3, and E5. -
How does NEOLA support Microsoft 365 after deployment?
We handle user and license administration, security settings, and changes as your company grows, and we answer your team’s questions. The scope of support and response times are agreed individually.
